And thus a conundrum. Everyone thinks they may KNOW whats going on but according to the law, there has to be an actual crime – not just a “oh yea right” attitude. If she did not ‘agree, offer, or engage’ in a sexual act for a fee then she is not guilty. Period.

The same page notes that she lives in Shelby. A page listing the services clients can request states that Cissy has a nursing degree from Gardner-Webb University and has worked in the nursing field for seven years.

Classy Cissy provides “upscale companionship,” for “upscale white gentlemen 38 and over only,” her website states, and clients are expected to be discreet and courteous. An etiquette page provides detailed payment instructions.

“Please place your donation in the bathroom and I will excuse myself to freshen up at the beginning of our date,” Classy Cissy writes. “This makes me feel more like a lady and gets the business part out of the way so we can enjoy our date. Pre-counted and in a plain white envelope is always a nice touch. Cards are nice too! Leave the envelope open.”

Cissy is an outcall escort, according to her website, meaning she travels to meet her clients at their homes or other locations and doesn’t host clients at her residence. The website states that she’s available for appointments in Charlotte, Gastonia, Hickory, Morganton and Gaffney and Spartanburg, S.C.

Rates start at $400 for a one-hour appointment, available only to “previous clients or friends,” according to the website. For new clients, Cissy offers a three and a half-hour “dinner and dessert” special. Clients are expected to buy dinner — “at least an appetizer and a drink.”

The website was down after the arrest but reading through this description, I see no sexual services offered. I don’t even see GFE listed. Where is the offer? According to her there was also no agreement. Apparently they didn’t engage in any activity either. Are laws allowed to be open for interpretation? The “she might not have said or done this but we know what she means”? If that’s the case everyone of us could be arrested for what other people think we are doing, whether it’s proved or not.
